Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, patient-centered Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support efficient clinic flow, provider productivity, and an excellent patient experience. This role is essential to maintaining strong team-based care and high-quality primary care services.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Support

Room patients and obtain/document vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints

Prepare patients for exams and procedures

Administer immunizations and medications within scope

Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, UA, glucose, etc.)

Perform EKGs, injections, ear lavages, and other delegated tasks
-
Assist providers with procedures and ensure accurate EHR documentation
Care Coordination & Workflow

Support efficient mention of daily patient flow and provider productivity

Assist with medication refills, prior authorizations, and referrals
-
Communicate results and follow-up instructions as directed

Support care gap outreach and population health initiatives

Collaborate with front office staff for smooth patient transitions
Clinical Operations

Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms

Support vaccine and medication inventory management
-
Follow infection control and OSHA standards
-
Assist with quality improvement and clinic workflow initiatives
Team Culture

Communicate respectfully with patients and coworkers

Support a positive, team-based clinic culture

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
-
Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential

Current BLS/CPR certification
-
Primary care experience preferred

Pass background check

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Experience with electronic health records preferred

$23–$28/hour depending on experience

Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and community-focused Advanced Practice Provider who thrives in an independent practice setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to long-term relationships with patients, collaborate effectively with staff, and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, personalized primary care. Key Responsibilities
● Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
● Conduct well-child visits, annual exams, chronic disease management, and acute visits
● Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and screenings
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
● Prescribe medications and manage medication therapies
● Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless coordination of care
● Participate in quality improvement efforts and preventative health initiatives
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our EHR system
Qualifications
● Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate in the State of Oregon (or eligible)
● National Board Certification required
● DEA license or eligibility
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Commitment to serving rural and underserved populations
