Primary Care
Focusing on preventive care, we can identify small problems before they become serious. Following the recommendations of the United States Preventive Services Task Force, we will do our best to keep you healthy.
Already have a health issue? No problem, we are here to help you manage it and prevent exacerbations.
Pediatric Care
We have a focus on the entire family. From infancy to adulthood, we want to watch your children grow and thrive! We use the guidelines of Bright Futures to direct screenings and interventions to promote optimal health and development. We also offer all recommended immunizations. If you have questions about our immunization policy, do not hesitate to call or message through the patient portal.
Opioid Addiction
We are one of the few primary care clinics in the southern Willamette Valley that offer services for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) using medication for OUD (M-OUD) with buprenorphine. This medication can be life-changing for certain patients. We provide care for OUD in a sensitive and discrete manner within the context of the primary care setting.

Same Day Care
for Established Patients
When life happens, we want to be there for you. The emergency room can be expensive and inefficient for most acute illness and injuries. Before heading to the ER for non-life threatening illness or injury, call us first! We have multiple appointment times reserved for same-day care for our established patients.
